Child sexual abuse is a crime that victimizes an estimated one in five children of all nations, socioeconomic levels and communities. Evidence of the impact of childhood sexual abuse on the physical, mental and social aspects of survivors' lives is overwhelming. Families and surrounding community are also impacted and the implications for healing are complex and challenging to address.
