Drop-in Centre
The Drop-in Healing Centre is a safe place for female survivors of child sexual abuse, 18 years of age and older, to express feelings, to be listened to and supported, gain information on healing from childhood sexual abuse and participate in creative healing opportunities and programs. All healing in the drop-in is self-directed; all women are to be involved in the development of drop-in programs.
Holistic Services emphasizes physical, intellectual, spiritual and emotional healing and include:
- Self-help drop-in healing centre offering information on abuse, healing child sexual abuse and related issues
- Supportive materials from other survivors
- Training and educational programs
- Space for self-help and support groups for sexual abuse
- Creative opportunities for healing and growth
- Resource Centre
- Harmony Song
- Complementary Care (when available)
- Self-care
- Courage to Heal
- Sharing Circles
- Elder Facilitated Healing Circles
- Public awareness, education workshops and presentations to community members, professionals and service providers in Saskatchewan.
- Research projects focusing on health reform, health care costs, justice and employment barriers for survivors of child sexual abuse.

DROPIN CENTRE HOURS:Mondays 12 noon to to 4 p.m.
Wednesdays 12 noon to 4 p.m. and Wednesday evenings from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (for Healing Circle)
Thursdays 12 noon to 4 p.m.
Fridays 12 noon to 4 p.m.
THE DROPIN IS CLOSED ON TUESDAYS

NOTE: During all scheduled programming,we ask that everyone refrain from using the computer and phone in the drop-in.
REMINDER FROM SURVIVOR MEETING: Tamara's House is mostly scent-free. At Wednesdays's Healing Circles, smudging takes place. On days that complementary therapy takes place, essential oils are used in the treatments.
SERVICE DOGS: For those of you with service dogs, please note that you and your dog are welcome during ALL Drop In hours.
