Tamara's House, Services for Sexual Abuse Survivors Inc.

Who Are We?

Tamara's House is an incorporated, non-profit organization that was founded in 1991 to support the complete healing of adult women who have experienced childhood sexual abuse.

Who Do We Serve?

Tamara's House provides direct services to female survivors (18 years and older) of child sexual abuse of all ethnic, racial and economic backgrounds, in the province of Saskatchewan.

What Do We Do?

  1. Support the healing of women who have been sexually abused as children
  2. Provide supportive services and education for families and partners of survivors of sexual abuse.
  3. Offer educational programs for people who are working with or caring for women who have been sexually abused.
  4. Promote public education about childhood sexual abuse.
  5. Enhance opportunities for research into various aspects of sexual abuse.

Tamara's House can offer you:

  • 24 hour 8 bed residential facility for extended healing
  • Information and resources on abuse, healing from sexual abuse and related issues
  • Creative opportunities for healing and growth (painting, clay, collage, etc.)
  • Complementary Care (Reiki, massage therapy)AS AVAILABLE

  • Supportive materials from other survivors
